The second quarter of 2024 has swiftly passed, bringing forth remarkable developments and endeavors in our ongoing mission to advocate for human rights in North Korea. Our dedicated researchers have tirelessly worked towards this cause, and we are thrilled to share the exciting updates from the past few months with all of you.

  • We submitted two civil society submissions for DPRK's upcoming Universal Periodic Review- a joint submission with FIDH and an individual submission!
  • We had several exciting visitors to our museum including the Special Envoy Julie Turner, the Dutch Ambassador and many student delegations.
  • Our resettlement assistance headquarters took part in the opening of the POW exhibition at the War Memorial of Korea.
