On September 30, 2014, the 15th NKDB Monthly Briefing and Discussion on North Korean Human Rights was held under the topic of "The Right to Access to the Information in North Korea: Limitation on the Information and Influx of the Information from Outside North Korea" at the Canadian Embassy. The speaker, Seung Chul Kim, the representative of North Korea Reform Radio, talked about the recent change in accessing to Information in North Korea as well as limitation on the use of the information, punishment due to the information regulation, electronic devices North Korean people usually use secretly and information control policies in North Korea.
