[Academy][5] Academy Week 1: Opening Ceremony
7pm Wednesday, April 4ย 2014 The Pacific Era Committee Seminar Room: The opening ceremony for the 5th North Korean Human Rights Academy was conducted. Kim Sang-heon, Chairman of NKDB, made opening remarks while Lee Jae-hwan, (Principal of North Korean HumanRights Academy)ย through his opening address, began the 5thNorth Korean Human Rights Academy.
Additionally,ย through his lecture titled, โNorth Korean Human Rightsโ Past and Present,โย Yoon Yeo-sang (Head of NKDB)ย expressed his hope that people both domestically and abroad, especially those in Europe who have an interest in North Korean human rights, can make many others more sensitive to this issue through the โNorth Korean Human Rights Academy.
