[Briefing]19th NKDB Monthly Briefing and Discussion of North Korean Human Rights

NKDB’s most recent Monthly Briefing and Discussion on North Korean Human Rights was held on 24th February. Representatives from the embassies of New Zealand, Norway, Finland, Chile, Brazil, Switzerland, as well as Seoul based international organizations and the press took part in the event. NKDB presented its research on public executions in North Korea and provided information on the government institutions that enforce public executions. The Briefing session concluded with a Q&A session and discussion of possible effective ways for putting additional pressure on North Korea to stop public executions.
