NKDB's 8th North Korean Human Rights Academy began on September 9th, 2015.

The opening ceremony began with Mr. Jae-Hwa Lee (Principle of the North Korean Human Rights Academy)'s opening remarks.

Dr. Yeo Sang Yoon (Chief Director of the North Korean Human Rights Archives) gave the first lecture 'Why North Korean Human Rights?'
