On Wednesday, May 20th, 2015, the 9th week of lecture was held. Baek Beom-Seok (Kyunghee University professor) gave a lecture on the topic of “Improving North Korean human rights through the international human rights regime.” 

Introduction: North Korean human rights issue and new trends during the past 2 years

Conclusion: The way to improving North Korean human rights is through the international human rights regime
