NKDB will be launching the 2nd iteration of North Korean Human Rights 101 Academy on November 7th. The academy is conducted online in English, and anyone who is a current student can enroll for free.
Last October, NKDB launched its first iteration of the academy where over 90 students from around the world convened online to learn about the issue and join the global movement. This November, NKDB is coming back with its second iteration of the academy and will be offering new elements such as a series of talks on the various professional paths students can take in order to make an impact on the North Korean human rights movement.
The upcoming academy consists of two parts: (1) a series of four lectures on topics within North Korean human rights, and (2) a series of six discussions on professional pathways to working on North Korean human rights.
