You are cordially invited to attend the upcoming conference hosted by the Database Center for North Korean Human Rights (NKDB), where we will unveil the findings from two of our annual reports: the "2023 Economic and Social Integration of North Korean Escapees" and "2023 South Koreans' Perceptions of North Korean Human Rights."

The conference will shed light on the changes in economic activity among North Korean escapees post-pandemic, along with our latest insights into remittances sent to North Korea. This research, conducted through a survey involving 400 North Korean escapees residing in South Korea, promises valuable insights into this crucial aspect.

Additionally, the latter part of the conference will delve into the evolving perceptions of North Korean human rights within the South Korean general public. This segment of our research, conducted in collaboration with NK Social Research and Consumer Insight, gathered input from 1,000 South Korean respondents, providing an illuminating perspective.
