[Event Announcement]
The Database Center for North Korean Human Rights is pleased to formally invite you to an upcoming conference to introduce our newest project on building a database for perpetrators of gross human rights violations in North Korea.
On August 19, the Database Center for North Korean Human Rights will host a conference to introduce our newest database project, as well as discuss the significance and applications of such a database in holding perpetrators responsible for their gross human rights violations.
The conference will be conducted in Korean, with English interpretation provided for offline participants. Though interpretation will not be provided immediately for online participants, the conference will be uploaded with subtitles at a later date for broad consumption.
The conference will offer an opportunity for the international community to gain a broader understanding of the significance of the work that the Database Center for North Korean Human Rights provides, as well as how this information can be utilized in the accountability process.
