[Event][Seminar] Initiatives for Restructuring Policy Framework and Bolstering Domestic and International Cooperation in Resolving Human Rights Challenges in North Korea

On 24 August 2023, the Database Center for North Korean Human Rights (NKDB), in collaboration with the National Assembly’s Global Diplomacy and Security Forum and Member of the National Assembly Tae Young-ho, will be hosting a seminar centered around the theme of "Initiatives for Restructuring Policy Framework and Bolstering Domestic and International Cooperation in Resolving Human Rights Challenges in North Korea."

 

This seminar aims to provide a platform for experts and human rights organizations to engage in the exchange of diverse viewpoints and insights. The primary focus will be on the comprehensive restructuring of the Ministry of Unification, ensuring its sustained execution of inherent responsibilities over the medium to long-term horizon. Additionally, the seminar will explore strategies to foster enhanced collaboration with both the domestic and international community in addressing North Korean human rights issues.
