NKDB's Resettlement Assistance Headquarters has been awarded a grant from UN Voluntary Fund for Victims of Torture for the 8th year!
Through the Fund's support NKDB provides psychological counseling, medical and resettlement assistance to North Korean defectors who suffer from PTSD.
