On May 9th, NKDB's Director of International Cooperation, Hanna Song, appeared in a BBC News article regarding inter-Korean relations under the outgoing Moon administration, and the lack of focus on North Korean human rights over the last 5 years.
On NKDB's difficulties in collecting data, she asked, "What are you going to do when there is this gap in evidence, just because you wanted to make sure Kim Jong-un wasn't being shamed in front of the international community?"
