[U.S. Department of State] 2020 Country Reports on Human Rights Practices: Democratic People's Republic of Korea

31 Mar 2021

On March 30th, the U.S. Department of State: Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, & Labor released the Country Reports on Human Rights for 2020. The Country Report on North Korea included several references to research done by NKDB, particularly on the conditions of detention facilities and the inadequate provision of medical treatment for children. We at NKDB are always striving to provide the most up-to-date information to help inform policy, as well as the general public about the gross human rights violations happening in North Korea.
